Sharon Phillips – Client Relationship Manager

I joined the Residentsline Team April 2011, having been in teaching for 20 years. My primary aim in the role is to offer our clients a friendly, reliable and knowledgeable point of contact for their individual policy renewal.  I believe my skill set does enable me to review the needs of the client, enabling me to offer a positive approach to negotiating with the insurers/underwriters for the best end result. Hobbies – I love to craft – creating handmade cards for general purposes and special occasion cards on request. Alcohol ink art makes amazing backgrounds.  I have been known to create the odd seasonal display in the office to bring a smile to colleagues faces too.   I have no children but will shortly be the proud parent of 2 West Highland White puppies.

Interesting Fact: Sharon – which means “plain”, referring to the fertile plain near the coast of Israel. This is also the name of a type of flowering shrub, the rose of Sharon.
